However, most people in the US do not trust the merchant to have properly washed the egg they sell. The reduction in nutritional value by soft boiling an egg is minimal. Therefore, except for the trained taste to favor a raw egg, there is no advantage to have raw egg. I like hard boiled tea leave egg, personally. |
